Steak Out Truck is the wheelie satellite of Holy Grill on 10th Avenue Southwest across from Mountain Equipment Coop. It's beefy thing is cut-to-order prime rib sandwiches. Also order appetizer-sized marinated steak bites with dipping sauce, the same on fries or salad as well as steak and eggs.
