Lave Auto Pit Stop Inc.

I had a ten am appointment to get my car detailed. Wax, carpet shampoo, engine shampoo etc. I walk into the establishment and say good morning, I believe i have an appointment.I received a grunt from an older gentlemen who promptly turned his back to me and continued to wash a car. I hung around for five minutes , no one acknowledged me at all. I left disappointed and frustrated that I had wasted my time. The concept of Customer Service does not exist at this establishment.
