I was there looking for a car. I liked an SUV. The salesman Hamid came to help me and gave me all the info about the car. Since I had never driven an SUV, I asked for a test drive. First he said:
"I don't like when people test drive. it's a good car and we know that."
However, I insisted and he sent me with someone for a test drive. I came back in 5 minutes and told him and apologized that I realized that I'm not made for SUV's since I didn't feel comfortable driving it. However, I would like to take a look at the 3-series BMW that he had. He told me very rudely "You are not in this market. I am in this market. I know that SUV is a good car. So don't waste my time."
Mr. Hamid, I don't know too many people that will buy a $25000 plus car without even being sure whether they like it or not. If you keep it up like that, GOOD LUCK selling your cars.
