I emailed them asking for a quote for a small cake for a small wedding celebration of 40 people in Montreal. I had indicated my budget was $400 in the online form submission and received this response in email from them, point blank:
"I think they already have the catering at Mount-Stephen. Also, we cannot do anything with a 10$ budget."
With no common courtesy to customers, this level of service is not what I would choose for any event that I will host in the future.
