Worst customer service ever. Promises and promises, now the claim anything not to deliver. But of course they got the money in their bank. Now we have to wait an extra 3 weeks. The lady in the phone needs to get some education and learn how to deal with customers.

Pire service, pour la location d’un tempo, rapide à encaisser le dépôt mais rendue au 14 janvier et aucune installation de fait donc nous avons canceller la location. Difficile de parler au directeur, les employés se fout des clients. Je leur donne 0 comme note d’évaluation...

Service épouvantable, ils ont été vites à encaissés les chèques, et aujourd’hui le 10 décembre, aucune tempo installé, et ils disent que ça ne sera pas que dans 10 jours !, TRÈS mauvaise service

Worst customer service around

Vendor's service is OK, because they want to sell. But the customer-service afterwards is one of the worst I've ever got, you really feel like that because they already have your money, they don't care about anything else. Try buying your shelter somewhere else really, there are other brands which offer same or better quality and will probably give you some service as a customer. Worst service around.

Good product bad customer service

Product is good but service is bad or should I say the worst ever! You call customer service in Laval and the lady cannot help you and will hung up on you without excusing herself. She says she has too many calls! What bad customer service!
