Awful doctor.. First Hiers her boyfriend to be the secretary when it was discovered he’s her boyfriend or husband she replaced him with a girl named Christina another Romanian terrible plays with the patients I don’t even know if the doctor is aware give us appointments one hour before the appointment after having waited weeks and weeks cancels says if you don’t like it go somewhere else always busy taking your Medicare card gets paid by talking to you for two minutes by the Quebec government

I have to agree with many of the posts below. Dr Klein was and is a very caring and knowledgable man. He mixes his decades of experience with good, old-fashioned common sense and sprinkles in a good amount of humour and interesting takes on current events. It sometimes made him go a bit over the appointment time but I enjoyed seeing him every time. His secretary, Linda is an absolute angel. A very special lady. Romana took over the practice and so far she is everything I hoped she would be.

I have known Dr Klein for 28 years and all that time he has remained professional and has acted with expertise. He has gone beyond his call of duty to help my son and for that I will be ever thankful.

Dr J Klein is a human version of Dr. House. Interesting, witty, intellectual, you are a patient not a medical care number. I waited 1.5 hours longer than my scheduled appmnt but that's only because other patients before me are getting the same attention that I will get when called in. You're ill, Linda that ROCKS is there to make it possible, on that same day even if you do have to wait 1 or 2 hours. With other Drs there is always a 4 week wait period. 13++ yrs glad he is my MD. Dr. Klein is the best. He will see you always, sometime you have to wait but he will definitely see you the same day. He's always in a good mood and very funny. I love Linda, she's a real entertainer.

Been with Dr Klein for aprox 25 years great Dr. too many hours waiting. Also agree that Secretary forgets to book appoints and some other errors als..She is a great person however

Dr. Klein has been my physician for almost 15 years now. Almost all of the things the previous poster said are true except that Linda forgets to record appointments. I am sure that was a one off. I have had much worse doctors who are far more inconvenient.In the case of Dr. Klein I consider those inconveniences a small price to pay for the quality of physician he is. He is smart, wise, funny and void of the trademark arrogance of other doctors. Linda is the nicest person you will ever meet.

It's next to impossible to get on the phone with them, let alone get an appointment. Then even if you do, the receptionist forgets to put it in their agenda and you show up to find out you don't have an appointment after all. And even if you do, it takes 3-5hrs to get called in for your appointment. Which is too bad, as Dr Klein is really nice, if a bit hurried.
