It is a very unsafe environment for anyone who is vulnerable. My husband was very upset the FIRST night he was there, due to people were doing “it” in the room beside him. He had no phone, no working tv (to drown out any noises) and no way to get into contact with any night staff. He went to the main office (at only 9:30pm), rang the doorbell and knocked on the door for 15 min and no one answered. There was no night time supervision and no one checked on him until
