Pire service. La personne au téléphone est bête. J’ai téléphoné après mon aventure ben ordinaire pour comprendre et on me répond que j’appelle juste pour chialer, on me souhaite bonne journée et on raccroche.

Ma vieille mère a acheté un frigo usagé, garanti 3 mois. Le premier coulait tellement et finalement ils ont accepté de lui remplacé 3 jours avant la fin de la garantie avec un frigo dont le congélateur ne fonctionnait pas. Elle a donc tout perdu ce quil y avait dans son congélateur et il ne la rappelle plus

We agreed on an appointment between 12h00 and 15h00 with a lady over the phone. Then we stayed home from 12h00 to 15h00 (taking a half day from work) they were angry at us because we were not here at 10h30 AM. We called them, then the same lady told us that we were not here. we tried to explained that it was supposed to be after 12h00 then she did not apologize on the contrary she got mad at us saying we were not respectful and she would hang up the phone at us which we did.
