21 Breakwater Restaurant welcomes you to their dining room. You can get there by public transit. The surrounding location is remarkable for its parks, restaurants and stores.
21 Breakwater has been open for a week and is bound for success. Entree beef, chicken, and fish are all exquisitely spiced. Gorgeous salad. Mussels done to perfection, as is the dipping butter. All portions are generous. The service is warm and friendly, typical of Souris. Ask for bread pudding dessert with rum sauce; you may be wanting to lick the bowl. I wish Toronto had a restaurant like this.
