Air stopped so called Bryant 24 hour number. Sales person was out within a hour and set up appointment for a week later to replace my 26 year old furnace and air. Scott and Wheaton arrived and replaced both in the day but had to return a few weeks later to finish due to my furnace venting pipes had to be replaced. Service was great and Scott walked me through the operation of the unit and cant believe the difference this Lennox unit works compared to my old one. Thanks guys.

Geoff and a Cody did a great job installing our new furnace. They were very courteous and easy to have in the home.
Similar to the previous post / review - my furnace died and I had them come out to check it. They found that the belt was worn, replaced it and within a week the motor seized. The next technician that came out complained about the long drive to my house, wasn't in the house for minutes before accusing me of not maintaining the furnace and told me that I needed a new furnace without explaining any options / cost for replacing a motor, etc. New furnace install was frustrating and did not go well.
Technician was fine, found out the problem, put a new belt on my motor cause it snapped, the new belt ended up messing up the motor, it won't work now, and they are charging $400-500 to replace motor, which I didn't mess up. Overcharge price, 100 for diagnostic, 116 for new belt, which really should cost less than 10 dollars (after I did my research), technician that called me was rude and unprofessional, telling me I'm blaming them... I would not use this company again, better to find others
