iDebitPayments Very Bad Experience!
Very bad experience! Poor customer support. You will end up sending them tons of documents and they will just play the time game with you. And still keep requesting new files over and over again.. It's ridiculous! Their response time is very slow, they claim 2 business days - forget about that, is more like a week or two. No phone or online chat support, email only. My account got blocked as I had my address changed (moved to a new house). Still after 2 months they are not able to update that!
