Bikram Yoga is a 90 minute class, practicing 26 postures and two breathing exercises. It is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Bikram is one of my favorite types of yoga to practice - i love that the heat is usually very high in these classes and it is always an intense workout. bring a large towel - and lots of water!!!
