Working out at GoodLife Fitness gives you access to everything you need to reach your goals. Workout at Canada’s leading gym - you’ll wonder why you didn’t start sooner.
Your equipment is broken all the time, the water fountains have been broken for a week and in the last two weeks there were other fountains which were broken for days straight, the Jacuzzi has been broken for more than a week, when we went in to complain, the guy who is supposed to be the manager was had a bad attitude, started making fun of us, and repeating everything we were saying with smirk. He is not reacting on complains, we contacted the head office, no answer.
At almost all of the GoodLife Fitness's I have been to they have been extremely pushy for me to get a membership and ALWAYS ignore my questions about a 1 day pass or a 14 day pass. Many of the workers also have a terrible attitude as soon as you tell them you would not be able to sign up for a membership because of personal reasons. It is so terrible to feel unwanted in a place where you should feel welcomed and where people should want to help you and NOT pressured into getting a membership.
We joined this club about 3 months ago and had not issues. We go there mainly midday and it is never very busy. There is plenty of equipment to choose, good size swimming pool, steam room, meditation room, hot yoga, bunch of classes and things to do. Never had any issues with getting towels, stuff is friendly and patient. Could not help noticing that some of the patrons must still be living with their moms, as they tend to leave towels or empty water bottles where they finished. Not a biggie.
The staff does not know how to deal with member issues are very rude and not helpfull. Phone calls were not returned at all. The staff do not want to answer or deal with with any questions and pass the members on to head office. Members be ware before you sign into any memberships with this club.
