in the year of 2012 Clicom installed a combi heating system to my rental building as they promised; however, after its completion of the installation, the system cannot provide enough heat to satisfy to the whole building which later I retained other professional to find out the plumbing design was wrong. Clicom did not admit and the worst thing was they claimed their HST upon my system which later found out they did not have a HST/GST registrant. The amount is $2,600 they claimed.
The above person wanted 4 apartments to be heated with forced air water tanks and potable water and still works to this day. He sent us an email commending us on the job and to take the payment from his credit card. He decides to place a recall on the payment on the credit card. I placed a stop payment on it and he still owes $800.00 He has tried to scam an insurance company for other reasons. Beware of this man. Not good.
