    The delivery operators in Sudbury were the best ,very professional,courteous and careful even assembled the sofa could not be happier and highly recommend Leons with 5 stars They are the best in Sudbury,Ontario.

    In 2019 I purchased a fridge. Within the first 6 months, all the upper-level products would freeze. After adjusting the level of coolness still, all eggs, yogurt, liquids fruit would all FREEZE. After contacting Leons they replaced it with another fridge. Again, the same issue Frozen Feezing all inside the fridge. I went back to buy a new fridge different brand with the credit a received from Frigidaire. Sept 20, 2020, its Dec 7th, They just give same script by Leons manufacturers Poor QUALITY

    My mother Bought a new washing machine NO HOSES they were worried about the old washing machine would be in their way. So my mother had it removed with its hoses now she has none.First time in history NO HOSES and NO ONE said a thing not even when she bought it and she was not alone when she bought it there was witness to the sale at the store.

    When they say they have things in stock and your furniture can be delivered right away, do NOT believe them. All lies and excuses, ALL. THE. TIME.

    Horrible experience would not shop there again and not recommend this store to anyone horrible manager and employees don’t know anything . I would not give any stars but two showed up

    I purchased 3 items a month ago i was told that i would get all three within a week week and a half the latest. I received 2 items within the week. A month later and still waiting for the stove. I called they said it was in Newmarket after 2 weeks i called back and I was told it was in Newmarket. I was never offered anything for the inconvenience. Lost a customer!!!

    Absolutely awful... During the black Friday sale, an item we had our eyes on was not on sale. So when we saw the exact item on sale online we ordered it then. Well, we got the call from the store saying the only one they had in stock was the floor model. Okay. No biggie. We got the floor model and the mounting clips that were supposed to go with it were missing. There were also bumps and scrapes all over it. Gave us the hardest time to return it.

    Very disappointed and unhappy with Leon's

    Same experience as another reviewer. Did five loads of laundry in a Maytag dryer and the power died. Was told I have to call Maytag even though the sales person said he'd take care of us. Leon's Platinum guarantee is "If for any reason you're dissatisfied, we promise to do whatever we can to make you happy." they have failed miserably, and have not honoured that guarantee

    I have been visiting Leon's for several years and never had any problem with them or their delivery. It is such a nice store with a huge range of home decor products. I would recommend this store to everyone who wants to purchase home furniture, mattresses and appliances.

    Leon's is always a great place for us to shop. They have a great selection of furniture and kitchen appliances. Their staff is totally professional and helps you find exactly what you need. I would recommend Leon's to anyone looking to purchase furniture or any home improvement items in Sudbury.

    Simply the best furniture store

    Beyond expectations! I had a great shopping experience at Leon’s last Saturday. Despite being a huge brand, they care about each and every customer visiting their store. I went there to buy a king size mattress. A sales person with a smile on his face approached me when I was roaming around the store. He showed me a lot of options and was very professional. He was never in a hurry, and helped me find the mattress I was looking for. Thank you!

    Will come back to shop again

    I went to Leon's to buy a new sofa. The salesperson was very helpful and gave me space to look around the store. Fortunately, I found a sofa that looks good and was much cheaper than I expected. Best thing was that the delivery guys arrived 1 hour early. From the sales person to the delivery crew, I'd give you guys an A+.

    Absolutely great experience!

    I went to buy a Whirlpool Dryer. Staff was helpful and friendly! They answered all my questions and suggested the best unit for my needs. Very pleased, will shop here again.

    bad experience: promised delivery weeks after purchase (paid in full) of a couch, love seat and a recliner and my wife took a day off to be home so someone's there for when they come. Also got rid of the old furniture because we had to make room for the new stuff. Get a phone call on the day of delivery : "sorry we can't bring the furniture today because it won't fit in the truck" . What are they using? A minivan? they empathized by saying: " well we could give you a refund on all the furniture you bought" (we got rid of the old stuff). Now they decided they're going to show up on a day we both work again ( which again I'm not holding my breath on) No sort of compensation for the inconvenience except an apology. Apology doesn't pay for lost wages.

    I'm so sorry to have heard of the unpositive experience. I'm working tremendously hard to get the right logarithms in place. The transportation department is lackluster to say the least, however she is still working hard. You must understand that not all things are apparent to the naked eye, her mathematical arrangements are augmented entirely. Thanks for you patience..
