Excellent and timely service. We had a major leak in our basement. Our house was on the market for sale when this happened. John came to rescue right away and made arrangements to have it fixed within 24 hours, although they were very busy. It is very hard to find such degree of professionalism and compassion. Tim was wonderful as well. he explained everything and did a great job to repair it. I 120% recommend them.

John was incredible to deal with . I had to explain to other companies what was going on with my basement; however, John was knowledgeable and experienced and came right in and told me exactly what was happening and how he could help. He showed up on time, was extremely kind, his quote was fair, and he went above and beyond. He is a reminder there are still companies you can rely on to care about your house as much as you do. He truly was great to deal with.

Want to add my endorsement here. Tim did a fine job repairing our foundation crack. He was professional, happy to answer my questions, cleaned up after the work, and did a really fine job. Wholeheartedly recommend.
John and his team at Wal-tech are exceptional. John and his team came highly recommended to me from a friend. I made the call, and John came out to look at the damage. He was very quick to determine the cause and the solution. Within a couple of hours, everything was completely done and cleaned up. The crack was actively leaking at the time of the fix, and we have had a lot of rain over the last week and we still do not have any water in our basement. Thank you John and Wal-tech.
