Over the years our concept has varied from a pizza parlor to fine dining, but the recipe has stayed the same. Our pizza is still made with our homemade crust, an original sauce and the freshest ingredients, along with a blend of cheeses to savor a flavor that has lasted over four decades.

Like Rick, I have been going to Napoli's for several years now. I have always enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and the service. I have tried just about every item on the menu, and have enjoyed every one. My favorite is the house salad. Their salad dressing is to die for!

Dishes are either over salted or bland, meats are not cooked as requested. There were 6 of us and no one was happy and none of the staff seemed to care. The attitude was: we're a hot restaurant and if you don't like it ... off. The service is ill-informed and unproffesional. The location is pretty much all that they have going for them. Overpriced boring food.

Napolis is a great place, try the pollo pancetta, rissotto cake and steamed vegtables, gargonzola sauce melts in your mouth, red diamond for wine, best in town!
We had a party of four senior citizens and enjoyed our evening.The food and service was great.We received our bill ,paid it and were not finished our coffee when we were then politley asked if we would mind leaving because they needed our table. Our total time spent in this restaurant was one and a half hours.Our total bill with tip was over two hundred dollars After we left and about ten minutes later we drove by the restauarant and our table was still vacant. I haved never been treated so rudleyd in my life and will never go back to this place again.
I would have to say the primavera pizza is my fav, but my husband enjoys the Napoli special pizza, sometimes we like to order our own speciality, Napolis has one of the best pizzas in town!!

I agree with the post below, you really do need to be a little more mature! I have been a huge fan of Napolis, the food is delicious, the service is kind and fast, when I cant dine in i often order takeout for the family, if you want real italian food, this is the place for you, Napolis is the real deal!

Honestly... DO NOT EVER order their steaks... For our dinner, we had delicious apps, a great wine, my wife's meal was good.... but the rest was a disaster I ordered their steal and the server told me it was 12 oz. and from a special Ontario farm When it arrived, I thought they were kidding. It was a horrible cut, full of hard marble, was at most 3/8" thick and unedible Was basically a bad pan fry steak I didnt even try it, returned it all, was offered another but declined after being told all their steaks were paper thin like this one The worst steak I have ever seen....period...yet they seemed shocked I ended up ordering a quick small pasta so I could eat with my wife There was no apology from any Mgr or Chef but my little pasta was comped....big deal We actually were asked if we would like desert....we left not happy and nobody seemed to care. Visited September 2012
We chose pasta night on Sunday before going to a movie,pasta and dessert, didn't see in very small letters "from", didn't expect a lot of choice but a set menu, no problem with us. But what we got was having to choose from regular menu and add dollars to majority of choices of salads and pasta? Very confusing. Still might be okay if food was good but we got boring bread served cold. Boring tiny salads (extra charge), gelatinous gnocchi, (big extra charge)and to add insult to injury, glass of wine barely half full .some goodwill might have been gained by an extra centimeter of wine. we gave up on dessert, overall very disappointing and very expensive. never again!!
I have been to Napoli's on a number of occasions, and each time both the food and service was exceptional. Whether having a meal with a co-worker, client, or loved one, Napoli's will not disappoint.
I've been going there for a while now and I love this place. The restaurant is very clean and the ambiance is nice! When we got there we we're greeted very nicely! All the workers there are all very nice and polite and friendly. It didn't take to long for us to get our food and it was delicious everybody at my table loved their dinner and the chocolate mousse cake is amazing! I will be going back for sure!
We have been to Napoli's twice and really enjoyed the first visit, which was for lunch. On our visit last night, we both found the food lacking in quality. Despite the name of the restaurant, my Tender Loin was dry and the presentation was somewhat akin to a baseball! My wife chose a salad with Salmone / Salmon Fillet which she found somewhat tasteless. For the price and quality, I was quite disappointed. The staff was very busy because of the concert and not very helpful. The atmosphere is Ok, kind of funeral home 80's style. location is great, just try to choose wisely from the menu if you go...We're not going back!
Napolis is a great place, great food, great people, I go there very often, the food is always hot and delicious, one of the best in town!
Been there a number of times over the years, and I find that it is going down hill the last few times. We went there last summer and sat in the back to eat. Both my husbands and my steak were over-cooked, so we asked that to be fixed. The manager came out and in a very condescending manner told us that because we the lighting made the steak look more cooked than it was. I asked him if he thought we were idiots who had never bbqed a steak at home, and therefore didn’t know what it should look like. My husband told him that he didn't even look at it, just took a bite and that it tasted overdone. We were not at all rude to the waitress or the manager, because it's not her fault, but once she served our steaks she did not return to our table for well over 40 minutes, we had to flag down another server to get another drink, and then we had to go inside to the bar and get our bill. I see a content pattern of the same complaint on this site which appears to be the same as ours in regards to Napoli’s. There also appears to be a feud between a troubled customer and the owner who apparently is trying to post good reviews themselves, for what ever reason? Chef Ramsey would be appalled at the owner’s antics. This shows a whole lot immaturity on his part.
We went to Napolis last night before the Madonna concert, and let me tell you it was busy, Service was fast, food fabulous as always. we went with another couple, they were very happy, napolis is my favourite restaurant yet!
