Two days straight phoning, nobody answers the phone, morning noon and night, only answering machine which says Do Not leave a message, They are not even in all next week due to training, Need to train to answer a business phone...

Can never get anyone to answer the phone, always the machine and she always seems to be out of the office. How can she even call herself a doctor when she is never available to her patients. Been waiting for months for an appointment she was to arrange for COPD test. Just not acceptable. As much as I absolutely love Dr. R. Floyd, he definitely dropped the ball with his replacement when he retired.
