Union Cab

Awful ! I never used to have a problem with them, but now the dispatcher was talked with attitude. They called called me 5 mins before they were supposed to pick me up and told me they can’t come until 9am meanwhile I start work at 9am!! I even called the day before and they were fine, but changing the pick up time the morning of was awful ! Never again with this company !!!

Worst service ever. Rude dispatch. Other people took our cab, they said wait 5?min. Waited 30 minutes still no cab. Called another company and within 5 min they were there. Brutal!!!!!

don't waist your time calling. the staff is useless and rude. they are always 10 min later then what they say. if u ask for a car seat 9 times out a 10 they send a car without one. I call for one it came the driver picked up his girlfriend instead of me. dispatch said oh well

Useless. Prebooke...

Useless. Prebooked a cab, was late by over 20 minutes and when I called to question the delay the dispatcher was rude and less than useless. After saying I don't think I should pay full fare considering I Prebooked and the company was late dispatcher said "fine, you don't get a cab" and hung up. Call Yellowcab. Don't waste your time

Worst cab service I've ever encountered. The dispatcher was rude beyond belief! Will definitely be using a different cab company from now on.

Rude, unpleasant ...

Rude, unpleasant and unbelievable. The 'lady' manning the phones could not have been more rude. We didn't even use the service because I didn't want to give any money to a company that employs and supports such terrible customer service.

Disgusting custom...

Disgusting customer service, the dispatcher was rude, and actually began to yell at me while I simply tried to politely request a cab to drive my girlfriend to the airport. I hung up on them. Would NOT recommend Union Cab & Limousines.

i recently had major problems with the local cab company i normally use...so i called union, and they were beyond helpful. i will definatly use this company from now on! thank you union you have wonderful staff!
