Invoice was very obscure! I thought I was getting my eavestrough and facia fixed. However, they just did the roof, and left the rotting facia. When I called them back, they said that the facia was okay. However, a year later the eavestrough was falling down because of rotting facia board. I called the lady and she wouldn’t listen to me. She said that I was contradicting and she kept cutting me off. She stated that she was unable to find the invoice. There goes the guarantee. She hung up on me.
