THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH A KEY THAT HAD BROKEN OFF IN A CYLINDER AT ONE OF OUR STORE LOCATIONS IN THE LAMBTON MALL. JESSE WAS VERY PROMPT IN GOING OUT TO THE STORE AND IN TURN REMOVING THE BROKEN KEY FROM THE CYLINDER. SAME DAY SERVICE WHICH WAS EXTREMELY APPRECIATED. JESSE WAS VERY HELPFUL.
