Called and spoke with someone who quoted the delivery price and the terms of the service. Told them we would call back shortly with the time/location of pick-up/drop-off. Tried calling back 4x, 15min after pre-paying for our order from the restaurant, and no answer. Restaurant had already started making the food and could not refund our food order. Not impressed. Not reliable.
