I am writing again to inform you of my complete dis-satisfaction with a simple oil change I got last Friday. The oil change was performed no problem but I asked as can be seen in the below email that I wanted no car wash and no hinges greased as last time grease was dripping for weeks and I got many swirl marks on my paint (micro scratches in the clear coat). Undisclosed accident

Undisclosed accident -this dealership sold a car as accident-free that had been in a major accident according to appraisers and their own records. After 8 mos of hassles, they finally agreed to provide a replacement car. However, the agreement wasn't honoured and I wasn't given any credit for 9 months of car payments. So, I ended up with a car I don't want (6 cylinder, will lose money if I sell or trade it), 9 months of app'ts, lost time from work, grief & aggravation, and am also down $3,000.
