Avoid service from this person! Jacquie provided eye lash extensions and pedicure but didn't have time for the manicure so I arranged to come back another day. I paid for the eye lash extensions and mani-pedi even though I had not received the manicure. When I came back for my appointment for the manicure, Jacquie was not there nor did she answer her phone. Another appointment was made which Jacquie also cancelled. She refused to give me my money back for the manicure and said to go elsewhere!

Do not waste your time or money!

Very unprofessional and rude. Cancels appointments last minute (happened 2 times)! Very disappointed! Do not waste your time!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I wish I could give a negative star rating! This person is so rude and so unprofessional!! I booked 2 appointments....which was hard enough to do because she kept saying that her existing clients are priority (way to build your clientele!) when I finally did make an appointment with her, she cancelled on me with 1-2 hours notice. She calls NUMEROUS times before the appointment and is incoherent when she speaks of leaves voicemails! terrible!!!!!
