I am posting this review as even complaints to the branch manager and even the CEO’s office has not made any difference on the sheer level of incompetence of this branch’s employees. I could understand if this was a one-off incident but my multiple experiences dealing with the front desk staff (tellers) at this branch has been dismal. Errors are the norm, and it is highly recommended that everyone triple checks that the requested transactions are correctly executed as the onus is entirely on the
Complete ignorants, cash machines not working, when trying to deposit at the counter it took forever oven that I was the only person waiting. As soon as one cashier finished, placed “next register please” note. I will never go to that branch again.
