Sushi Garden

The food is always really fresh and the portions are huge! The staff are friendly and they remember you. Great food... Seriously

The food was not good, it tasted old and stale, not sure why, the chicken fried rice was soggy and the chicken didn't taste like chicken. Rice noodles with chicken was asked for and we got soup, not please will not return, this was a take out order.

Good food & staff & atmosphere, little $$

Good food, friendly staff, they have tapyenaki cooking tables as well as regular tables. Sushi was good and fresh from what i can remember, its been a couple months since my first and thus far only visit.  Place is comparable to memories of japan. Little pricy though.

Sushi Garden was a pretty nice place. The atmosphere was good. The service was excellent. The food was alright. I found the Spicy Salmon Rolls to be a bit chewy and it had weird crunchy stuff in it. The Tofu was very mushy as well. Excellent flavors though.

The best sushi in Newmarket. Clean and fresh food. Very important for sushi dining in my opinion. The service is courteous and friendly. The food is delicious. We have tried most of the menu and enjoy it every time.

Tappanyaki Tables

Sushi Garden does not just have Sushi...they have tappanyaki tables (which we always go for), and also a few personal rooms with drapes that you sit kind of on the floor. (we have not yet tried this experience) Sing is an excellent table cooker, he's always smiling and keeps you entertained. Combination meals at the cooking tables, run from 19.95 and up... you have a selection of 2 items or 3 items, between shrimp, salmon, lobster, scallops, chicken, steak. All included they start with a salad, soup, rice, main meal, followed by sprouts, then ice cream and green tea. Excellent value...and entertainment at the same time!!
