not so nice
i called to have my eavestrough done and waived the necessity to get an estimate. so someone calls back and says they will come by take a look. and then nothing, i send an email and a very polite justine replies saying that she tried to call but couldn,t leave a message. done and forgiven. so i wait again and send another email asking just a heads up for the install, no news. i send another email 4 days later saying, this experience is turning unpleasant and if i don,t get a call i will contract someone else. i get a call from the owner telling me to go find another supplier, when i asked why, i got no reason, good day and good luck. it is very typical response, when they are busy they are choosy and if you complain they flush you. too bad they had such a nice reputation (though it was based on one review. I was patient but that wasn't good enough.
