The S.M.A.R.T Clinic Inc. has been working with industrial workers , professional athletes and the every day person for nearly 10 years. As members of the Canadian Athletic Therapist Association we work on the principal of 'treat the cause and not the symptom'. As specialized therapists, we see the body as a whole, working together to function and heal. Applying this principal and philosophy, we have seen proven results in achieving faster return to work, sport and everyday activities.In 2003 The S.M.A.R.T. Clinic was established for private care in Mississauga, ON. Our focus was to provide Athletic Therapy services to the everyday athlete. In 2004 we branched out to work with the Industrial Athlete. We transferred our specialized techniques of sport specific rehabilitation to work specific rehabilitation. Each worker does a specific job and should be trained and rehabilitated to function for that specific job at the highest level.
