My mother and I went into the store looking for a specific washer brand and we had a model in mind. The sales woman was kind enough to look it up for us and then told us unfortunately there were none available that she could get us quickly and even showed us the proof. She then went to her catalog and found a similar washing machine around the same price point, but of different brand. She let us do a side by side comparison and when she found out hoses were not included in that particular model, threw them in. This is a great place to shop and they don't put a lot of pressure on you to buy.
