Century Nails

I would avoid this place. I got my nails done 7 months ago and the lady was filing them so hard she was making me bleed and then proceeded to mumble and talk to another employee and kept looking at me (I’m not saying they were 100 percent talking shit about me but it seemed like it) which is rlly weird why gunna talk about me when ur the one filing my nail way too hard to the point where it’s bleeding. Nail also chipped right when I got home. Don’t go here not worth the money at all.

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. I know this place has a lot of good reviews, which is why I first came here, but based on my last experience here I will NEVER come here again and will make it a point to tell all of my friends to never come here. The service at this salon is garbage, and for someone who has been to many salons over the years I have never received a service as bad as this one. They stopped my sisters manicure HALF WAY through getting her shellac removed in order to seat a custom

I did a schlack and after 7 days, 4 nails are chipped...I went back to them to ask how is that?! A lady worker responded to me that THIS IS NORMAL! Which to my knowledge should lasts 14 days.... The customer service is really Zero...Will never go back again to this place.

A nail salon that provides excellent service. I'm very picky. My nail tech did not cut me, which is so common elsewhere. I honestly could not find any flaws with my nails. I found them to be a little pricey compared to other salons, but again, flawless service and nails.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I recently went there for my first time to get my nails done, i wanted something festive for the holidays. My nail technician was absolutely great , she took care of me very well, not to mention the staff members are extremely friendly. Totally recommended for anyone who lives in this area! You will not be disappointed

Excellent Service

My first time at Century Nails (Argentia Road), and I totally loved it. The staff are very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is great. This is definitely a difference experience than other nail salons I've been to. The price is great! I definitely recommend this place. You won't be disappointed. Most nail salons forget that customer service is key, and Century Nails did not disappoint me in this area.

This place is amazing, i have gone a few times now and i have never been disappointed. I have now referred this place to family and friends and they all leave absolutely loving this place. I give it 10/10. The people are great, the atmosphere is great and their salon is just a great. Very clean and hygienic. You go and you wont regret it, it might just even be worth the ride if you are out of the area. You won't regret this place!

Century nails on ...

Century nails on Argentia Rd has been under new management for 2 months. I have very high expectations when it comes to nails and I was beyond impressed. The staff were friendly, accommodating and had such an attention to detail. i ended up not loving the length of my biogel nails, so I came in the next morning and they adjusted it to my liking, no questions asked. I adjusted it due to my indecision- not because of thei skill. They were nothing but nice and professional to me. Highly recommend!

I had gotten a Shellac manicure today and was serviced by Tracy. She did an exceptional job and was super gentle (yet thorough) whereas other nail salons have made me bleed because they are too aggressive in removing cuticles. She was super friendly as was the management as they have renewed their management recently. As for the quality, let's just say I've never tipped so well at a nail salon in my life!!! I had chosen white, and in my other experiences you would have to layer the shellac to get the colour vibrant and opaque. Today she had gone over the white until the colour was vibrant enough. I had done a nude colour at another salon and they refused to layer the shellac more than twice or else they would have to charge extra. This time I didn't even have to ask! This is definitely my new go-to in Mississauga as it is ACTUALLY worthy money.

After coming to know this place for like 3 years now I would not go anywhere else. The ladies are very good at what they do, the place is clean, the selection of colors are nice. I've never had a service more thorough, not rushed and also friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have their nails done.

Worst pedicure ever!

The pedi was 25 mins-no massage, scrub, or even second coat. I left thoroughly disappointed. When receiving pedicures one gets used to having professionals speak Vietnamese-I have never experienced someone on speaker phone with workers shouting to respond while completing the service. The lack of service was totally not worth it! I advised the owner and she did not allow me to express my opinion and told me that I was wrong. Use your money somewhere that will adequately and cleanly pamper you.

Terrible Service, Rushed and Sloppy Work

This Nail Salon needs improvement. Be genuine in what you do. My experience: I went in for a Bio Gel fill and the job was rushed and sloppy. The french poorly put on and dried messy with a smudge finish. I politely paid and said thank you because these days it seems impolite in Canada to speak up for what you believe in and how you should be treated. However I still informed the Owner (who did my fill) about the sloppy look on my nails and she responded by rudely interrupting me numerous times saying that's not her fault that's just how it is with Bio Gel. I never could finish my concern or get a word in edgewise. Ladies this is no place to spend your money and time. Service and Craftsmanship was F. If they intend to stay open they seriously need to look at what they are doing and how they are treating their clients. That phony service and poor craftsmanship will run their business right into the ground. Best of luck I hope they improve.
