    So far, no one has attempted to contact me. I found out from the sender that my parcel made it to Mississauga on Dec. 15, 2020. It is now Jan 3. I know I have to pay taxes...but how can I when I don’t know where my parcel is, or how to contact them??? Have left messages..hope to hear from them. Very poor service

    Horrible. Unprofessional email for automatic payment prompt seems like spam. They tell you to email customer service with questions, yet the customer service email does not accept email! When you try to submit a question or complaint via the website, you cannot - because the website has been engineered not to accept addresses (will not recognize Vancouver, puts Vancouver into the state box). Only contact way was social media but they wont reply.

    They claimed to have attempted a delivery. False. I took the day off work on delivery day and nobody showed up

    Zero stars! What a horrible company to deal with. Purches an item from Amazon. Payed extra for express shipping. They have been holding my package for 11 days, 9 day past it’s due date. After chasing them I find out yesterday they want 27 US dollars for fees???? What? Fees I purchased it from Amazon. There should be no fees! DO Not Deal with this company. Very very poorly run. That fee plus the shipping I already payed is about half more the value of the item. I call them but voice mail ful

    I sent my shipment from Bahrain on 27th Nov 2018 to Ottawa - Canada. till now (8 December 2018) it is not received (Eleven days till now). In Aramex tracking system it shows that 3 attempts to deliver the shipment and was failed, within those 3 attempts there was no single attempt to call the customer to make sure of the correctness of the address (i.e. if the address was wrong). Can I ask what is the reason of taking the recipient telephone number if the company are not going to call him/here?

    This is a very inefficient and terrible shipping company. My package has been seating in their office for over 5 days now. I have called their number countless times but no one answered the phone. left messages but nobody calls and after awhile mailbox was full so could no longer leave a voice mail.

    Using the supplied tracking # my last shipment sat for 10 days before I contacted them to pay duty. My latest shipment has been cleared and is awaiting duty to be paid. It's been 2 days so far and I cannot reach them by phone to even leave a message. Their mailbox is full, no matter which of the 4 categories you pick. Pretty poor service.
