Took my truck there for a simple e-test had to take it back a total of 4 times . They charged a fee of $195. For the diagnostic $330. More for labor to replace 1 simple part had to settle for a conditional pass. When I picked up the truck it was running worse than ever ( ran great prior to this) and a new dtc code came up. 700.00 for this???
The general service people are very good. I had a service problem, the manager came out, never introduced himself or even said hello. He came through the door angry and his mind was made up that he wasn't taking responsibility for the service department's responsibilities before seeing what the issue was. He treated me horribly after many years of being a loyal and happy customer. Very disappointing. I will never be treated like this again.
