I was assuming if there is a doctor or a health center they know that they are dealing with patients and they should be professional enough to calm and ease the situation. Here is my experience with this medical center . March 17th, 2015 at 3:30 I had appointment with Dr. Kwan I arrived at the premises and the parking lot was full.
