Very poor service. First day no one showed up at all for service call, we were waiting from 8am till 2pm. I called Reliance at 1:50 and they just said they are busy and can’t make it and reschedule for next day evening. Technician came 2nd day and declined to do repair work without even looking the equipment and returned from driveway. Very poor management and tech staff.
