good customer service.
Not a good experience, purchased a special order sectional... or so we thought until 5 weeks later we found out it was discontinued and no one could or would try to explain or contact the vendor to find out if we would still receive. Poor customer service...sold us an imaginary couch. Went to another location and received furniture delivery date same day!
In June, I bought a sofa with power outlet and USB ports. Since receiving it, I realized the USB ports were not working. I called Brick to let them know immediately. It took them weeks to come to look at it. Few months have gone by and I have not heard from anyone or the issue has not been resolved. Sad part is, only when I call. I can hear all their excuses. They dont return calls. Nightmare getting through to anyone at that place. They sell you all sorts of warranty when you buy
the manager and sales rep where very attentive to our needs and price point thank you
