No one answered the phone for over an hour here. Drove me nuts.
Never ever booking a party at fleetway again. Plus my friends & family were in disbelief and couldn't believe it neither and they will not book any of their children's parties they're either. Sure they will tell there friends at work how awful the service was and not to bother booking parties there too. I was embarrassed. After the money I spent there almost $200 and you would think you would get great service and treated better. Staff & food was horrible.
POOR SUPERVISION OF LANES. WE BOWLED NEXT TO A GROUP OF TWEENS THAT WERE ALLOWED TO BEHAVE BADLY - MULTIBLE BALLS AT ONCE- 5 KIDS BOWLING AT ONCE AND MORE. NO STAFF INTERVENTION DESPITE THE COUNTER BEING IN FULL VIEW OF THE GROUP
It is one place as a family we have gone to for years. Its fun, clean and more then just bowling. The staff was helpful and it is always great.....
Costly, good for first time experience but losses its thrill fast. clean facility, but lazy and unprofessional. family oriented, has league bowling, but limited to open-play customers. staff become over friendly and to a degree creepy. management is missing or ineffective. good for events, but not individual.

Our goal is to make sure our guests have an enjoyable experience in a clean and well run facility. Unfortunately your review is vague and it is difficult to address in a specific manner. We have supervisors on every shift who are available to address customer concerns. We aim at training our staff to be professional and friendly. We are a Family Entertainment Centre. We provide services to the public seven days a week.
