Ordered a bubbler on July 5th and received a bong one week later. Store claimed to be out of stock on the bubbler so they substituted item rather than cancelling order. I asked about two other pipes and was told they also are sold out. Store said they would reimburse cost of bubbler and cost to ship back, but they only refunded the item cost. I have spent the last four weeks trying to get them to refund shipping cost but they are ghosting me. Seven weeks later and I still don't have a pipe.
