Gresham Place Apts

Lived here a few years ago. Had a great time, I left because of a job somewhere else but would've stayed if I could. Great staff and great apartments. I've seen reviews of roaches but what do people expect if they don't keep their apartment clean. Never had a problem with any bugs.

terrible place to...

terrible place to live. management is not concerened abt the tenants. the people responsible for doing the cleaning only clean the ground floors daily. rest of the floor they only clean the laundry rooms. there was suppose to be some maintainance for the balconies. the managment gave the tenants notices for the particular period of days the construction would get over. but the construction was never ending. its was like living in prison as the doors to gallary was closed. had to leave the app.
