Unprofessional employees with no morality and no common sense. Failed people work for this company. They do not have any idea about management, the only thing that they know is harassment, discrimination, and intimidation. I and my husband are international scientists working at the University of Waterloo. We did not have any other option due to the lack of sufficient housing in this region. But avoid this company if you can.

Old building and broken things take long time to be fixed. Could use more cleaning. Manager never talks to tenants. I leave a message and she never call back

the property manager is fast on return requests. The building is well kept, quiet, and has great tenants.

The most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a realtor. She showed up 20 minutes late for the appointment, did not have keys, and had not given the present tenant notice that we were coming, so he would not let us in. I went ahead and set up an appointment for the following day, but by that time she had already rented the house to some one else.

Worse company and...

Worse company and would never rent from them again. I have been the most minimumlist tenant and yet the one time I have a problem And my apartment becomes Unliveable they did not help at all and then charged me for rent when I could stay there for a month and would not help find me a place to live. Then on top of they I got a surprise letter in the mail of them charging me more when I couldn't live on my apartment. On top of that any maintenance, which isn't much, that was done they gave us a day warning. Super Un professional and would not trust this company again!!

Horrible company ...

Horrible company that's void of morality. Landlords and superintendents are directly responsible for harassment violence and suffering of many long term tenants by allowing known criminals to move in without checking any references. Any issues they ignore and deny any responsibility. They harass tenants by leaving threatening postings throughout their buildings which leads to angry retaliations that affect all the tenants. They even enter apts without permission and get charged for it.
