We ordered a bedroom set and it’s just been problems after problems they told us it was in and then it wasn’t and now we just got our bed and are still waiting on our dresser and we’re told november 1st also customer service is horrible. i really wish you could give them a 0
Wish I could give a zero. I was present while they delivered my elderly neighbours new couch. The delivery was delayed many times and when it was delivered, customer service was AWFUL. They ruined the plants in the garden, we’re not kind AND LEFT GARBAGE ALL OVER THE LIVING ROOM AND FRONT LAWN. He is an elderly man that could not clean this up. When we called, there was “nothing they could do.” I am disgusted, with all of the customer service. Go elsewhere.
Beware of their business tactics. I was told to pay my purchase in full to secure the stock and delivery which was estimated 4-8 weeks. 4 months and I still don't have my fridge. Every time I call the lady says we'll call you when it's in the warehouse. Lesson learned to never deal with the business who asks for full payment and cannot promise the product delivery. I never thought Bad Boy Furniture was this type of business.
I would give a Zero star if possible. We purchased a dresser from this business last March (one year ago) it took 5 months for it to be delivered and this is how it arrived in the box. We have been the past 8 months trying to find a resolution and NO ANSWERS!!!!! Nobodyyyyy beats Bad Boys with their TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON'T EVER PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!
If I had option to rate 0 or below that then I would do it. This store is not worth for furniture, the sales person and manager made us to wait for 3hours to book a sofa and finally after delivery the product was incorrect and damaged. When asked to credit back the amount they asked to pick another item from store even though the mistake was from manager. Never recommend this store

I've tried emailing online customer service but they do not reply. I have been calling store multiple times and they refuse me a refund or a fridge. So they basically stole money from me. I want my full refund or fridge!
I ordered a sofa on August 6th 2020, sale man (and approved manager) said about 3 weeks for delivery. Agreed! Three weeks later a rep. called for a delay 2 more weeks due to pandamic. Again on delivery day as Saturday Sept 5, no one call. I called back, rep. said end of September for delivery. I required to speak to manager ...this guy has no respect to customer at all..said Final Sale..No Refund..Nothing I can do... While we already paid money up front and had to sit on floor for 2 months +???
I ordered a queen bed more than two months ago and I still havent received anything. I was even there two weeks ago and they told me to wait one more week. I tried calling to get a refund but everytime I call they tell me to wait more. What a poor customer service!! My youngest son is sleeping on a mattress!! Web site!!!
Poor quality products and very slow warranty service. My power recliner was delivered broken and after a month it is still not fixed. Never again!
Terrible experiance with bad boy ,they are bad in every think ,starting from their product finishing with their service.Not Recommended at all.
Its ok if you dont have any problems with your order. But if you do, dont expect them to want to help you.

I went to buy a couch and I ordered it and it came quickly and easily. And everyone there's so nice.
LOVELY furniture, excellent staff, and pricing. The associate whom I got was Sam, she was VERY kind,and helpful. She helped me get my bed set I wanted, without hurting my credit and was just generally a very sweet person. I HIGHLY recommend this location, and its staff. They go above & beyond to help you get the furniture you want at a good price. Overall I would rate this 10/5 stars I'm very pleased with the service I received and will definitely be going back and recommending this to friends
NEVER, EVER will I purchase anything else from Bad Boys. Purchased in MARCH 2017, living room, family room and dining room furniture, washer & dryer, 4 kitchen appliances and was disappointed with just about everything. Still waiting for living room couch, DW is not working, dining room table has been replaced, TWICE!!! The customer service is absolutely terrible. Don't be fooled by the prices and the attention you receive when you're in the store...the professionalism ends after you have paid!!
Never ever will I shop there again. Waited 3 months for a table that came damaged. Now I can't get a answer if there going to fix or replace. They will tell you that all sales are final.
I paid for a washer, I paid for an extended warranty and after the repair man being here three times I still don't have a working washing machine and now have to go to and pay for a laundry mat. Very unhappy.
