Excellent location,Secured & quite building. Tenant’s are respectful of each other,Yet value each’s Privacy. The Building At 4399 is kept well maintained,if their is a problem in an Aptment,If is handled quickly & efficiently. Outside grounds are kept clean,I am Very impressed, as I’ve been to Many Buildings in My 58 years & am So Happy My Son has found this location for My Granddaughter & Himself To Call Home ! 2019
