Store closes down after Christmas and can’t even return anything, never any product

Will go to another location before I ever think if stepping foot in this one again. Customer care is horrible,p. Waited fifteen minutes to be acknowledged & then was handed a book to look at. Almost immediately the book was taken from me and handed to another customer. Nothing said. Super rude. They constantly make people line up and wait outside the store while 1-2 people shop and there are extra staff standing around. Complete waste of time and horrible place to shop
