Stay away. Did not close our pool properly and now our cover and liner is ruined. Paid $500 each time to open and close - this now will cost over $3000. Did not return call for two months. Refuses to refund and claims that it is an unfortunate event - I would rather pay more to get better service.
beware of this company. I have used them for 2 years and first year was ok but last year they over charged credit card and charged my card again without asking. Do not give them credit card info. Crystal never answers the phone and never calls back. Also both years I used this company I paid over 1000 dollars to open my pool. They told me my new pool pump was seized each year? it was 3 months old. I have never wrote a bad review as I support small business BUT NOT THIS ONE. do not trust
This business seemed ok last year, but this year the Customer Service is terrible. When you call, you always have to leave a message, but THEY DONT CALL YOU BACK. If you have a service booked, you get a call that morning. Crystal will tell you they are coming at a certain time period, but usually they come later. If you don’t have a service booked, calling them gets NO call back. Ever. I called 5 Times in the last 3 weeks, no call back. The message says they are In the office. What’s going on???
Greg kept our aging heater and filter running all summer. looking forward to another year of dedicated service.
