Wendy was so professional and friendly. My ring was an eternity band and had to be totally recreated to fit my as it was too tight. The quality of the band in my "new" ring is much better! No sharp edges polished really well. It was also ready early. I was very happy with my custom piece and I will return for other custom pieces I want made from Grandma's jewels.

Purchased a beautiful Thomas Sabo rose gold ring from Barry's and I LOVE it! I dealt with Wendy and she was fantastic :) definitely will be back again soon.
Not only is this jeweller's clearly lacking expertise, above all else they are extremely rude, most notably the tall bald gentleman. I will not be returning and I will make sure to spread my experience to as many people as possible, I AM HORRIFIED AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE.
