Terrible. Gal that cut my and my husbands hair left it horribly uneven and incomplete. Did the bottom and said she was done without doing the layers. Complained to me the whole time that her day was dragging. I felt like taking the cape off so she could go home and stop whining. Totally inappropriate conversation with my husband about her dislike of her body image...all ass and no boobs: her words. His cut was ridiculous. Top left 3x longer than sides. You could see his scalp. It was horrible.
