Came in, had to wait for a while even though I had an appointment, had my hair washed (which was nice), the lady literally cut my hair all one length and that was it, she then said "we aren't drying it are we". I felt very intimidated by her. I should have stood up to her and said what I wanted. I was not pleased by the cut or lazy service.
lackluster...It was my first time at that location....It was not welcoming ....felt I was wasting staff nap time...the young girl at reception was nice.
