    Bought a used iPhone. It wasn't holding a charge like it should so I returned it for another one. The staff was very courteous. We had no issues resolving the problem. The phone we have now is trouble-free.

    I had a few problems with a used Macbook Pro and the team at DataMatrix were stellar in terms of support and getting things fixed quickly. Give these guys a chance, they rock!
