Brian Johnson & Sons installed the venting only for my Napoleon gas stove. I was quoted $500.-$800. but charged $1800. without even a phone call. They used a higher priced high wind end cap in a sheltered area; Venting installed was scratched & covered up with a Sharpie; they did not use my venting that came with the stove but they did keep it & I was charged for new material. Office staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience when I had questions. It was a bad customer experience for me.

I called for a furnace and duct install the lady was very friendly I would be called back shortly, no call until 2.5 weeks later I already had an install date, because of the friendly phone service I did call back for future plumbing DIFFERNENT LADY DIFFERENT SERVICE she decided that they could not do the work of moving a sink plumbing because we are getting other work done in January so it would not work ?! I asked her why this had anything to do with the plumbing she hung up no not call !!
