We are very dissatisfied with the services.In 2016 we took possession of a condo unit.We were told they were 8 years old.The unit had a bugs infestation which was not disclose to us.In 2018 the washer and fridge stop working. We called the companies for service and gave the serial #s,they said they are too old and no longer can be repaired.3 weeks ago our dishwasher broke.same thing, too old to be repaired.The dishwasher had been liking for about 8 years.the water under dishwasher help bugs grow
