I replaced my roof 8 years ago. It came with a 10 year labour warranty.
In the winter I noticed paint peeling on the walls by the chimney and water marks around the skylight.
I phoned Atlas-Apex 4 or 5 times, after about a month someone came to look at the roof. A man named Christian Rossi inspected the roof and told me that the chimney has cracks, needs to be caulked and the skylight needs to be replaced. He said it is not a roofing issue.
